In this investigation, students will evaluate and understand the historical causes behind a present-day social issue facing Mexico City: unequal water access. In an email to the producers of the PBS NewsHour clip about Mexico City's water crisis, students will write an argument for including historical factors that have lead to water inequality in their reporting
