What is the power of the U.S. President?  In this investigation, students read sources written by Founders of the U.S., historians, and current news articles to craft arguments that respond to the central question: Would the Founders have approved of Executive Actions concerning DACA?  Students write a counterargument about the limits of presidential power in the United States.
